Decoder left a lot of enigmas to be solved since his debut emblematic release by WPA. What happened to this skilled master musician? Well… he just came back with 4 new tracks, not to mention KETTENSAGE, a master production featured in NEW ACID ORDER compilation. Kept analog machines as a stamp and with a crucial role on his sound. Austria based, making a powerful stand, putting Villach City on the ACID map forever! WPA023 brings back DECODER into our ears. Super raw, analog, dirty, intense and powerfully recorded live while jamming with hardware once again, with fresh wicked stuff. Inspired by the pioneers of House and Techno music from Chicago and Detroit, the Oldschool lover is bak in full swing, from smooth to heavy banging beats once again. Bringing some more of this influenced Belgium and Netherlands thing from the early and mid 90´s sound. Remember that Decoder begun with software but realized right away that needed real instruments with real knobs to play with.
